Lucharitos Station Yards

TRITEC Building Company completed the ground-up construction of Lucharitos, a vibrant fast-casual restaurant and central feature of the Station Yards community. The project delivered a fully customized dining and bar environment that reflects the brand's unique aesthetic.

The scope included the installation of all underground utilities —electric, gas, sanitary, and domestic water systems—and a complete commercial kitchen build-out. TRITEC worked closely with the owner's vendors to install kitchen equipment and a walk-in cooler.

Architectural features included a custom millwork bar, Saltillo tile flooring, and an accordion-style folding window opening to the outdoor bar area. Interior finishes featured bold paint colors, decorative lighting, wood accent walls, and exposed spiral ductwork, creating an energetic and authentic atmosphere.

The project was completed on schedule, supporting the client's planned operational launch.

Since opening, Lucharitos has become one of Ronkonkoma's most popular gathering places and a cornerstone of the Station Yards experience. Throughout the year, residents and visitors are drawn to the restaurant during community events, whether enjoying hot chocolate and churros at holiday celebrations or a cold beer at a Grooves on the Green concert. Its lively atmosphere, indoor-outdoor dining, and strong local following have established Lucharitos as a premier food-and-beverage destination in Station Yards.
