TRITEC Building Company acted as the contractor for the high quality, 110,000 sq.ft. Hampton Inn in Holtsville, Long Island, New York. TRITEC's 160 room, 6-story hotel features modular prefabricated units built off-site. Each modular section contains two guest suites and a corridor section. The modular units were erected on a conventional concrete foundation with structural steel on the first floor only.
