Holiday Inn Express, Riverhead

TRITEC Building Company was the general contractor for a three-story Holiday Inn Express with 39 suites and 89 rooms. The 60,000 sq.ft. hotel located in Riverhead, Long Island, includes an indoor fitness room, breakfast bar, and two conference rooms.

TRITEC built the hotel utilizing a structural metal stud framing system and precast plank decks. The facade is a mixture of cultured stone and the Exterior Finish Insulation System (EFIS). The EFIS system and stone provide a stunning visual contrast while being durable and energy-efficient.
