TRITEC Building Company works as an independent builder for owners, developers, hospitals, operators, and institutions. You don’t need to be a TRITEC development to work with us. Most owners come to us for one reason: they want a builder that thinks like an owner.
Because TRITEC develops and manages many of its own properties, TRITEC Building Company understands budgets, schedules, and long-term operating costs from the owner’s side of the table. We bring that perspective to your project, whether you need us at the first sketch or ready to break ground.
We can join wherever your project stands: at the very start as your design-build partner, during design for budgeting and review, at a negotiated GMP, or when your drawings are ready to bid.

Construction management

TRITEC Building Company pairs veteran construction leaders with professionals trained in architecture, engineering, and construction management. As construction manager, we manage cost, schedule, procurement, and quality from bid through closeout with open-book reporting, as agency CM or CM at-risk with a GMP.

Whether hard-bid or negotiated, TRITEC’s general contracting is led by project managers and superintendents who have seen nearly every site condition, from wastewater challenges to sheeting and shoring to dewatering.
