Overview
TRITEC worked from preconstruction to the completion of construction to build this 33,000 sq.ft. laser manufacturing facility for the Quantronix corporation located in Setauket, Long Island, New York. With the Quantronix corporation's success, an expansion of equal size to its original building was necessary.
The Phase II structure included specialized lab space for the lasers' calibration and a complete metal machining shop. Executive offices were added to the second-floor addition.
In 2013 TRITEC purchased the building from Excel and leased it to another former client Rockwell Automation. The building was fully renovated and managed by TRITEC Asset Management.
