TRITEC Asset Management completed the build-out of the First National Bank of Long Island’s Southold branch, located in a strip mall characterized by its post-and-beam design. The work involved transforming the existing space into a modern, functional branch, while maintaining the appeal of its original architecture.
- Space Demising: We reconfigured the existing area into two distinct spaces, including the separation of utilities, HVAC systems, and other essential services, ensuring that each new space operated independently.
- Selective Demolition: To maintain the architectural integrity of the branch, we performed selective demolition, carefully removing elements while keeping the store's appeal intact.
- Enhanced Interiors: The new branch was upgraded with a refreshed woodwork finish and the addition of a teller line with sleek quartz countertops. We also installed new LED track lighting throughout to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.
- Custom Rooms: To meet the operational needs of the branch, we built an IT room, restroom, and a conference room, providing dedicated spaces for technology, meetings, and client services.
- Multilevel Space: The project scope included work on both the mezzanine and lower levels, maximizing the usable space for the branch’s operations.
- Exterior Refresh: Before handing over the completed branch, we power-washed the exterior to enhance the overall curb appeal and ensure a welcoming presence for customers.
The build-out of the First National Bank of Long Island’s Southold branch is a testament to TRITEC Asset Management’s dedication to creating tailored solutions that combine thoughtful design, modern features, and meticulous attention to detail.
