Hilton Garden Inn

TRITEC Building Company was the construction manager for this 83,000 sq.ft. 140 room limited service hotel, in Westbury, Long Island, New York. This hotel was the first hospitality project on Long Island that utilized a wood-framed, panelized construction system for a four-story structure. The façade is comprised of cement board horizontal siding, thin brick, and EIFS.
