Suffolk Plastic Surgeons

Suffolk Plastic Surgeons' relationship with TRITEC spans more than two decades and multiple stages of the practice's growth. In 2003, TRITEC constructed the physician-owned medical office building at 179 Belle Meade Road that served as the practice's home for over 20 years.

As the practice evolved, Suffolk Plastic Surgeons relocated to a newly renovated 3,500-square-foot suite at 24 Research Way in the Stony Brook Technology Center, a medical office building developed, constructed, and managed by TRITEC.

TRITEC Asset Management facilitated the lease transaction, oversaw the complete transformation of the suite formerly occupied by Stony Brook Medicines Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center, coordinated Suffolk Plastic Surgeon's relocation, and continues to provide property management services for the practice's new home.

The renovation included interior demolition, space reconfiguration, custom millwork, upgraded finishes, accessibility improvements, updated building systems, and the creation of modern consultation, examination, and treatment areas designed to support a premium patient experience.

Working under an aggressive occupancy deadline, the project team successfully delivered the new facility while accommodating evolving tenant requirements and ongoing design modifications throughout construction. Through proactive project management and close stakeholder coordination, the practice transitioned seamlessly into its new location without disruption to patient care.

Today, Suffolk Plastic Surgeons operates from a modern, efficient medical office environment within the Stony Brook Technology Center, demonstrating TRITEC's ability to support healthcare providers through development, leasing, construction management, tenant improvements, and long-term property management.
