We come here today to recognize what I believe will be one of Bay Shore's last revitalization efforts, and we are so glad that it is TRITEC that is doing it. They are developers of integrity, and they have taste, and they care about Long Island and its traditions and its history.

Thank you for living up to your commitments and for a job truly well done. When you look at the detail that goes into these plans, which we go through with our planning and building departments... when you ask anyone in the building department about TRITEC, they tell you they are asked to build to code, they do it, and they follow through. This is a first-class outfit.

This is a model for the rest of the state. What you've done here, the partnerships you've created, the vision you executed, is what I want to replicate all over the state. We'll always remember this day. Phase one, phase two, and all the phases of the future, this is the day that you saw a transformation that is going to be replicated all over the state.

TRITEC came and looked at Ronkonkoma, a community that could use some improvement, and had a vision, and they took that vision, and turned it into this. It doesn’t happen overnight. You are the visionaries for Long Island. You are creating the future for Long Island. Instead of sprawl, we should have developments based around our transportation hubs.

Bank of America is honored to be involved in a transformational project such as the Ronkonkoma Hub redevelopment.  The team at Tritec has been terrific to work with from the beginning to project completion.

As you know, we were quite pleased to have worked with Tim Browne on our recent building project in Tech Park. Tim was reliable, honest, hard working and most conscientious. His efforts greatly facilitated our progress and our building was completed within the anticipated framework. I consider Tim to be an asset to Tritec, and I am assured that his work will continue to enhance your reputation.
