Absolutely. Most suites can be built-to-suit or modified for your specific requirements. Need to add a procedure room or special electrical for equipment? Our team will coordinate the build-out for you. TRITEC has created everything from additional conferencing space to specialty imaging rooms. We often provide tenant improvement allowances for qualified leases, meaning we invest in your customizations.
