Residence Inn by Marriott, Yonkers

TRITEC began preconstruction of the hotel at 50% drawings. TRITEC Building Company then acted as construction manager for this four-story 92,000 sq.ft. hotel with 144 guest rooms, completing the project on schedule.

The Yonkers Residence Inn is only 20 minutes from New York City and designed to blend city living with hometown charm. The dining area, outdoor fire pit, sport court, and putting green are just a few amenities built into this project. In addition, there is an indoor pool, reading library, market, and full-service conference room.
