Holiday Inn Express, Hauppauge

TRITEC Building Company was the contractor for the Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York. The 133 guest room and suite hotel includes a fully-equipped fitness center, heated pool, and large meeting rooms.

TRITEC constructed the project utilizing a prefabricated structural metal stud framing system and precast plank decks for the entire seven-story structure. This system enabled TRITEC to erect the building at a rate of 1 floor per 8 days. The prefabricated exterior panels installed for the entire building were completed within 30 days. An On-site Chromaglass system handles the sewage discharge.
