Marriott Residence Inn, Hauppauge

TRITEC Building Company was the construction manager for the Marriott Residence Inn, providing the perfect extended-stay experience. The hotel is located on Long Island in the heart of the Hauppauge Industrial Park with 100 spacious suites.

Hotel amenities include a fitness center as well as an indoor pool and spa. The site has a 15,000 GPD Chromaglass sewage treatment plant installed to treat discharge. The construction of the shell utilized a modular, structural metal stud system with metal roof trusses.

TRITEC was brought on at 10% Drawings to provide Building System Alternatives and Value Engineering through out the estimating and pre-construction process. A guaranteed maximum price was set at 90% Drawings.
