TRITEC Building Company acted as construction manager for the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Bohemia, New York. A 132-room, limited services hotel owned by Applecore Hotels. TRITEC was brought on at 10% Drawings to provide Building System Alternatives and Value Engineering through out the estimating and pre-construction process.

This location was the first La Quinta Inn & Suites built on Long Island. The hotel's amenities include meeting rooms, a spa, and exercise facilities. TRITEC also connected the hotel to an on-site 15,000 GPD sewage treatment facility that they constructed.
