TRITEC Building Company was Construction Manager for the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Carle Place, Long Island, NY. The hotel, built for AVR Realty, was a ground-up construction next to Homewood Suites Carle Place, also constructed by TRITEC for AVR Realty.

The hotel has 120 Guest Rooms where patrons have spacious suites with areas for relaxing, working, and sleeping. The lobby and guest rooms feature a modern style with a cool color pallet and a touch screen concierge system. The guest rooms are equipped with all the modern conveniences and have unique features like sliding barn doors into the bathroom. The dining area and outdoor firepit allow guests to rest and recharge during their stay. Guests can take advantage of the indoor pool, enclosed sun deck off the pool, fitness area, and meeting room during their stay.
