John Christodoulou

John Christodoulou is Senior Construction Superintendent at TRITEC Building Company, overseeing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and execution. He acts as the key connection between office leadership and field crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely in line with TRITEC's commitment to excellence.

Since joining TRITEC in 2026, John has contributed decades of construction leadership experience. Recruited by fellow field leader Rick Delgiorno, he was attracted by TRITEC's strong reputation, collaborative culture, and dedication to delivering high-quality developments across the region.

Before joining TRITEC, John served as Lead Superintendent for multifamily development companies, managing complex residential construction projects from site mobilization through completion. His extensive field experience has developed his problem-solving skills, practical construction knowledge, and ability to mentor and guide project teams through challenges.

John is recognized for his listening skills, mentorship, and ability to build consensus among project stakeholders. He believes successful construction projects rely on teamwork and values the expertise of those around him, adopting a collaborative leadership style that encourages strong contributions. His transparent approach and openness to feedback foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and partners.

Safety is John's top priority. He is a Licensed Construction Superintendent and Licensed Site Safety Manager with the New York City Department of Buildings, a Construction Site Fire Safety Manager with the New York City Fire Department, and an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer. These credentials reflect his commitment to maintaining safe and efficient jobsites, ensuring every worker returns home safely.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science with a minor in Engineering from St. John's University. His education, combined with extensive construction experience, provides a well-rounded perspective that supports effective decision-making in the field.

John values the ever-changing nature and challenges of the construction industry, enjoying the opportunity to solve complex problems each day. Guided by pride, loyalty, and respect, he believes in treating others as he wishes to be treated and takes pride in both his projects and the relationships he builds.

Outside of work, John is passionate about motor vehicles and is a skilled amateur mechanic. His interest in understanding how things work and solving technical problems reflects the practical mindset and attention to detail that define his construction career.
