Rick Delgiorno

Rick DelGiorno is the General Superintendent at TRITEC Building Company, responsible for field operations, jobsite safety, construction quality, and project execution on all active projects. With over 30 years at TRITEC, he is among the company’s most experienced and respected field leaders, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Throughout his career, Rick has strengthened TRITEC’s reputation for quality by providing leadership and guidance to field teams on diverse projects. He maintains close communication with project management and superintendent teams to ensure effective coordination, support project schedules, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Before he worked at TRITEC, Rick ran his own construction business and thus gained practical experience in a variety of building trades. This experience gave him a solid understanding of how construction is carried out and the problem-solving skills that still characterize his leadership today. Because of his ability to handle on-site challenges, train superintendents, and find solutions, he has become a reliable source of assistance across the organization.

Among Rick’s many completed projects, New Village at Patchogue stands out as particularly rewarding. Its scale, complexity, and lasting impact exemplify the transformative developments that have defined his tenure at TRITEC.

Rick has a number of professional qualifications in the fields of safety and compliance, such as the Superintendent's License awarded by the New York City Department of Buildings and OSHA certifications. He is dedicated to safety, quality, and constant improvement, both for himself and for his team; his determination to achieve excellence and his effort to build solid relationships based on honesty and integrity have gained him widespread respect within the industry.

Outside of work, Rick is dedicated to supporting his community through involvement with organizations that assist homeless individuals and local food initiatives. His commitment to helping others reflects the values that have guided his career and leadership at TRITEC for over three decades.
