Michael Short serves as Insurance Administrator at TRITEC Building Company, where he plays a key role in risk management and insurance compliance. With five years at TRITEC, he collaborates closely with project teams, subcontractors, and insurance carriers to ensure insurance requirements are accurately reviewed, documented, and maintained throughout the construction process.

Michael’s experience in insurance and banking has given him strong expertise in reviewing certificates, analyzing policies, assessing contractual insurance requirements, managing additional insured endorsements, and handling waiver-of-subrogation clauses. His thorough and proactive approach helps protect TRITEC’s projects by identifying compliance issues before they lead to costly delays or pose risks.
