Randy Antoine is an Assistant Superintendent at TRITEC Building Company, where he helps coordinate day-to-day construction activities and supports project teams in delivering high-quality developments safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Working closely with subcontractors, consultants, and fellow team members, Randy plays an important role in maintaining jobsite operations and helping projects progress from foundation to completion.
Since joining TRITEC in 2018, Randy has contributed to several notable developments across Long Island, including Ronkonkoma Station Yards Phase 1, Phase 2A, and Phase 2B, Shoregate in Bay Shore, Brightview Port Jefferson, and The Wel in Lindenhurst. He enjoys seeing projects evolve from concept to completion and witnessing the positive impact they have on their surrounding communities.

He is often relied upon to help keep construction activities moving while ensuring work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirements. Randy believes much of the work that contributes to a successful project happens behind the scenes through careful planning, coordination, and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Farmingdale State University and holds a Construction Superintendent License. He has also completed OSHA 30, Site Safety Training (SST), CPR, and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Erosion and Sediment Control training.
