Denny Li

Denny Li serves as an Assistant Project Manager at TRITEC Building Company, where he supports the successful delivery of complex construction projects through effective coordination, organization, and communication. Since joining TRITEC in 2021, Denny has played an important role in helping project teams maintain alignment between design, construction, scheduling, and project objectives.

Working closely with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field personnel, Denny helps coordinate project activities throughout all phases of construction. His attention to detail, technical proficiency, and proactive approach to problem-solving help ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and on track.

Denny’s experience includes work on several phases of the Station Yards development, where he has grown from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager while contributing to the successful execution of one of Long Island’s largest mixed-use developments. He brings particular strength in construction technology, project documentation, and coordination, and is recognized as a valuable resource for leveraging tools that improve project communication and efficiency.

Prior to joining TRITEC full-time, Denny worked with Built by Beer, a luxury residential home builder, assisting project managers with scheduling, invoicing, and construction oversight. He also began his TRITEC career as a summer intern in 2019, gaining early exposure to large-scale project delivery and establishing the foundation for his continued growth within the organization.

Denny holds an Associate of Applied Science in Residential Construction and a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from SUNY Delhi. He has earned Procore certification and maintains OSHA safety certifications.

Known for his adaptability, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning, Denny approaches each project with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering quality results. He enjoys the challenge of bringing complex projects from concept to completion and values the teamwork that drives successful project outcomes.
