Kyle Bollhofer
Assistant Project Manager
Kyle Bollhofer is an Assistant Project Manager at TRITEC Building Company, supporting preconstruction and project execution. Since joining TRITEC in October 2017, he has contributed to projects from initial budgeting and estimating through construction, ensuring alignment of scope, cost, schedule, and constructability. He collaborates with design teams, project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver well-coordinated, budgeted, and buildable projects.
Kyle applies an engineering mindset to analyze project challenges and develop practical, cost-effective solutions. His experience in both preconstruction and field operations bridges planning and execution, ensuring design intent and budget are realized in the field.
He gained hands-on field experience on major TRITEC developments, including The Wel in Lindenhurst and Shoregate in Bay Shore. This strengthened his understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination, allowing him to apply real-world insight to preconstruction planning and execution.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a minor in Energy Engineering.
