Bill Maxwell

Bill Maxwell serves as Superintendent at TRITEC Building Company, overseeing field operations and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects meet TRITEC’s standards for safety, quality, and performance. Since joining in 2018, he has been instrumental in delivering complex, large-scale projects on schedule and to a high standard.

Bill collaborates with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to coordinate daily operations and maintain project momentum. He monitors subcontractor performance, ensures compliance with plans and safety regulations, and proactively addresses issues to prevent schedule delays. His leadership fosters a culture of communication, teamwork, and accountability on site.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Bill served as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager in the retail sector, overseeing safety programs, risk mitigation, investigations, compliance, and staff training. This experience provided a strong foundation in safety leadership and operational supervision, which, combined with his construction expertise, informs his detailed and practical approach to field management.

A highlight of Bill’s career is his work on the Shoregate development in Bay Shore, a large-scale multifamily project completed in two stages, on time and within budget. The project’s success showcased the value of proactive planning, strong coordination, and effective teamwork.

Bill's strengths include subcontractor coordination, schedule management, quality control, safety supervision, and prompt problem-solving. He approaches each project with a clear principle: if he would not consider the work satisfactory in his own home, then it is not finished.

Bill holds a New York City Construction Superintendent's License and is certified as a Site Safety Supervisor, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining safe, compliant, and well-managed job sites.

Outside of work, Bill actively coaches and volunteers with youth sports programs, promoting teamwork, leadership, and mentorship. Inspired by TRITEC's philosophy of Have Fun. Win.
