Scott Motekew

Scott Motekew is a Senior Project Manager at TRITEC Building Company, responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. He coordinates project teams, manages schedules and budgets, and ensures each phase meets TRITEC's quality, safety, and performance standards.

With over 31 years of construction and carpentry experience, Scott brings significant field expertise and leadership to TRITEC. Since joining in 2004, he has been instrumental in delivering complex projects and upholding TRITEC's standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Before joining TRITEC, Scott owned and operated a residential remodeling and renovation business from 1999 to 2003, managing projects and developing practical problem-solving skills. He began his construction career in 1995, establishing a strong foundation before moving into project management and leadership.

Scott joined TRITEC as a Field Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager, later advancing to Project Manager and then Senior Project Manager. He has overseen projects from preconstruction to completion, coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Throughout his career, Scott has earned a reputation for effective project planning, field coordination, and driving project efficiency. His ability to anticipate challenges underscores his belief that success relies on careful planning, proactive communication, and strong team collaboration. He is often called upon to develop practical solutions that keep projects on track when facing field challenges or coordinating multiple stakeholders.
