Christopher Franco

Christopher “Chris” Franco is an Assistant Field Superintendent at TRITEC Building Company, supporting field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to TRITEC's standards of quality and craftsmanship. Since joining in 2021, he has become a key member of the field team, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and resolving construction issues.

Chris collaborates with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to oversee daily jobsite activities and maintain project momentum. His proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality ensure compliance with safety requirements and project specifications. He is recognized for his expertise with construction technology platforms, especially Procore, which he uses to improve communication, documentation, and field coordination.

Before joining TRITEC, Chris gained hands-on experience as a carpenter and team leader on fire and water restoration projects, multifamily developments, and commercial construction. This background provided a strong foundation in craftsmanship, construction methods, and team leadership that continues to inform his approach to project execution.

One of Chris’s proudest accomplishments was serving as Superintendent for TRITEC’s corporate headquarters project. This role required close collaboration with internal stakeholders and a strong commitment to delivering a space that reflects TRITEC's culture, values, and standards of excellence.

Chris is known for his calm demeanor, problem-solving skills, and collaborative approach. He is often relied upon to navigate field challenges and keep teams aligned. He understands the long-term impact of thoughtful planning and execution on project success and takes pride in creating buildings that benefit the communities they serve.
