Jennifer Yannucci

As Director of Operations at TRITEC Building Company, Jennifer Yannucci oversees operational, administrative, compliance, and risk management functions to ensure successful construction project delivery. Since joining TRITEC in 2003, she has strengthened the company’s systems, processes, and organizational structure to drive project success and operational excellence.

Jennifer works closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and executive leadership to keep TRITEC’s construction operations efficient, organized, and aligned with company goals. She manages operational workflows, contract administration, insurance compliance, risk management, and preconstruction readiness, establishing a strong foundation for project delivery before construction starts.

Jennifer has played a key role in developing and improving processes that support TRITEC’s growth. She established the Insurance Compliance and Risk Management Department to provide dedicated oversight of subcontractor insurance and risk management. Under her leadership, the department has grown into a team of CRIS-certified professionals who ensure compliance with contractual insurance requirements and help mitigate project risk before work begins.

Jennifer is recognized for her deep institutional knowledge and her ability to connect people, processes, and information across TRITEC. Her strong recall of historical projects, client relationships, and operational details makes her a trusted resource and a key contributor to organizational continuity as the company evolves.

Before joining TRITEC, Jennifer was a Department Manager at Federated Department Stores (Macy’s), where she completed the leadership training program and developed management, organizational, and customer service skills that continue to shape her leadership style.

Jennifer completed the Women in Leadership Certificate Program at Cornell University, further enhancing her expertise in leadership development, communication, and organizational effectiveness. Her commitment to integrity and accountability guides her work and reinforces TRITEC’s culture of operational excellence and teamwork.
