Richard Krill

Richard “Rich” Krill serves as a Senior Project Manager at TRITEC Building Company, where he oversees the successful execution of construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Since joining TRITEC in 2001, Rich has played a key role in delivering complex projects across a variety of asset classes, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with TRITEC’s standards for quality and performance.

With more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, Rich has developed extensive expertise in managing multifamily, healthcare, medical, commercial, educational, and institutional projects. He works closely with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to coordinate all phases of construction, providing leadership in financial management, scheduling, logistics, and project execution. His ability to navigate complex project requirements and coordinate work within active and occupied facilities has made him a trusted leader within TRITEC’s construction team.

Throughout his career, Rich has contributed to the successful completion of numerous notable projects, including Shoregate in Bay Shore, The Wel in Lindenhurst, The Shipyard at Port Jefferson Harbor, New Village in Patchogue, the Port Jefferson Ambulatory Surgery Center, Mather Hospital, Stony Brook University Hospital, Life Quality BMW in Brooklyn, and Alternatives for Children in East Setauket. His broad project experience and practical approach to problem-solving have made him a valued resource for clients, project teams, and colleagues alike.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Rich served as a Superintendent with Park East Construction, where he managed municipal projects, including the construction of schools and firehouses across Long Island. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 25 years working as a subcontractor on TRITEC projects, developing the hands-on field experience and trade knowledge that continue to shape his approach to construction management today.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Dowling College and a Project Management Certificate from New York University. Known for his financial acumen, scheduling expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement, Rich approaches every project with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and delivering successful outcomes for clients and communities.
