Tom Corona

Thomas “Tom” Corona serves as a Project Executive for TRITEC Building Company, where he oversees the successful execution of construction projects from inception through completion. Since joining TRITEC in 2001, Tom has played a key leadership role in managing project teams and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

With more than three decades of construction experience, Tom has developed expertise across a broad range of project types, including ground-up developments, multifamily communities, educational facilities, commercial buildings, and complex interior fit-outs. He works closely with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to coordinate all aspects of project planning and execution, providing leadership in scheduling, financial management, problem-solving, and project delivery.

Throughout his career at TRITEC, Tom has overseen the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects, including New Village at Patchogue, St. Anthony’s High School, St. Dominic High School, St. Francis Preparatory School, UFCW Local 1500, and Hassel BMW. His ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader and valuable resource within the organization.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Tom served as a Senior Project Manager within Newsday’s Facility Planning and Construction Division, where he led a comprehensive modernization of the organization's facilities, including major upgrades to its façade and operational departments. Managing construction within one of the nation’s largest newspapers required careful coordination in a 24-hour operating environment. Earlier in his career, Tom was a Senior Project Manager with Jadum Construction, where he managed the development of hotels, churches, commercial buildings, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Farmingdale State University. Known for his practical approach, financial acumen, and commitment to problem-solving, Tom is frequently relied upon for his ability to navigate challenges and guide projects to successful completion. His leadership is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients and communities alike.
