Overview
TRITEC Asset Management has completed the construction of the Stony Brook Medicine Marketing and Communications Department office at 181 Belle Mead Road in East Setauket, NY. This project transformed a former medical suite into a dynamic and modern office environment designed to foster creativity and productivity.
Project Details:
- Selective Demolition: The project commenced with the careful removal of interior walls, HVAC distribution lines, ceilings, millwork, flooring, and light fixtures in the existing medical suite, previously occupied by Stony Brook Family Medicine.
- Space Demising: We strategically demised the space into two distinct suites by installing a demising wall. This involved the separation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and gas systems to independently serve the newly created suite.
- Suite Construction: The newly constructed suite was designed with a focus on both functionality and aesthetics. We installed new wall partitions, reconfigured the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and adjusted the HVAC ductwork to meet the demands of the space.
- Interior Finishes: The office was outfitted with new ceilings, LED light fixtures, flooring, millwork, and a fresh coat of paint to create a bright and inviting workspace.
Custom Features:
A sophisticated conference room was built to support collaborative meetings and presentations, designed to spark productivity and innovation within the team.
