Dialysis Clinic, Inc.

TRITEC Building Company completed the Dialysis Clinic's extension as the construction manager in Setauket, Long Island, New York. This project consisted of two phases, a 20,000 sq.ft. State-of-the-Art Dialysis Treatment facility, and a 7,500 SF addition for patient screening.

A combination of sewer discharge and on-site leaching was utilized for the RO waste management.

A Steel and Masonry shell, with abundant natural sky lighting, was implemented. In addition, the space required high-end medical finishes, casework, and nursing stations.
