Christine Lemire

Christine Lemire is a Project Specialist at TRITEC Building Company, where she oversees construction projects through detailed coordination, documentation management, and collaboration with project teams. She works closely with subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate documentation, manage changes, and ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and within budget.

Over her 16 years with TRITEC, Christine has built a reputation as a reliable and attentive team member, dedicated to guiding projects from planning to completion. She began as a Construction Administrator and has steadily advanced, taking on greater responsibilities and contributing to major developments. Christine was drawn to TRITEC by its growth opportunities and remains with the company because of its collaborative culture and focus on long-term relationships. The company's motto, "Have Fun, Win, Be Nice", reflects the values she has experienced throughout her career.

Christine is especially proud of her role in creating New Village at Patchogue, a transformative mixed-use development that revitalized downtown Patchogue while preserving key historic features. She valued contributing to a project that balanced growth with preservation, creating a vibrant destination that honors the area's history.

Christine is recognized for her expertise in project documentation, change management, organization, and follow-through. She is often entrusted with ensuring projects run smoothly by delivering critical information to the right people at the right time, understanding that much of a project's success happens behind the scenes.

Prior to working at TRITEC, Christine had jobs in the fields of purchasing, accounting administration, and higher education operations.  Positions such as Purchasing Manager for an epoxy manufacturer, Assistant to a Controller, and roles in financial aid and bursar operations helped her develop organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that continue to benefit her in her current role.
