Trish Turtell, SHRM-CP

Trish Turtell, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Human Resources at TRITEC Real Estate Company. She oversees all human resources functions and partners with senior management to support TRITEC’s people, culture, and organizational growth.

Trish leads a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, professional development, succession planning, HR policies, and employee engagement. She collaborates closely with organizational leaders to understand business needs, strengthen teams, develop talent, and ensure people practices align with TRITEC’s business objectives. Trish is also instrumental in shaping the company culture and fostering an employee experience where individuals feel connected, valued, and empowered to grow.

Trish brings extensive human resources experience and is recognized as a trusted advisor to managers at all levels. Prior to joining TRITEC, she held senior HR roles at Cablevision, Newsday, the New York Islanders, and the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, gaining broad expertise across corporate, media, sports, entertainment, and operational environments.

At TRITEC, Trish takes a practical, employee-focused, and business-minded approach to human resources. She believes effective HR strategies are built on understanding the business, fostering trusted relationships, listening to employees, and delivering solutions that benefit both people and the organization.

Trish holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Long Island University and is a certified SHRM-CP. She brings common sense, sound judgment, humor, and a collaborative spirit to her work, aligning well with TRITEC’s 'Have Fun. Win. Be Nice' philosophy.
