Bob Coughlan co-founded TRITEC Real Estate Company alongside his brother Jim in 1986, establishing a culture rooted in community, integrity, and family. Today, Bob serves as Co-Chairman and CEO of TRITEC, where he continues to guide the company’s evolution as a leading, vertically integrated real estate firm. Together, the Coughlan brothers have transformed the regional real estate landscape, building an organization respected and recognized for anticipating market needs and delivering transformative projects that revitalize underutilized properties into vibrant, sustainable communities.

Under Bob’s leadership, TRITEC has delivered more than 17 million square feet across a broad range of asset classes, including mixed-use developments, apartment communities, industrial parks, office buildings, hotels, medical facilities, R&D campuses, and industrial properties. The firm’s integrated approach, spanning development, construction, and asset management, enables a comprehensive, disciplined delivery model grounded in long-term value creation and community impact.

In his role as Co-Chairman and CEO, he is increasingly focused on strategic planning, strengthening capital relationships, and advancing major company initiatives that position TRITEC for continued growth.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University and attended New York University’s Real Estate Institute. He serves on the boards of the Long Island Housing Partnership, Hope House Ministries, and the Long Island Association.
