TRITEC Real Estate Company won developer of the year from the Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI) for New Village in Patchogue, Newsday reported.
- Project: $112 million mixed-use development
- Timeline: started in 2007, completed in 2014
- Leasing: 60 percent occupied, with full lease-up expected later in 2015
“TRITEC is honored to be named Developer of the Year by ABLI,” said TRITEC co-founder Bob Coughlan. “We feel the work we are undertaking in Patchogue will be transformational, and we look forward to seeing the impact on the surrounding community.”
