Richards of Greenwich

TRITEC was the Construction Manager from conception through land acquisition, design, permitting, and construction.

In downtown Greenwich, Connecticut, this challenging site is bordered by streets on three sides, and existing structures on the fourth. The project required blasting and rock removal to a depth of 30 feet to accommodate two levels, (48,000 sq.ft.), sub-grade parking and 27,000 sq.ft. of exclusive retail space at street level and on a second floor.

High-end finishes included imported stonework and marble for walls and floors, venetian plaster, herringbone wood floors, splayed ceilings, a glass elevator, handcrafted iron stair rails, and extensive millwork.

The project was completed ahead of schedule.
