Atlantic Industrial Technologies

Atlantic Industrial Technologies purchased the land for its corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility from TRITEC Development Group. TRITEC then provided complete turn-key services from pre-construction and permitting through construction and final sign-off to build the facility. Atlantic Technologie's 15,000 sq.ft. building is in Shirley, Long Island, New York, in TRITEC's Brookhaven Technology Center.

The building has a standing seam roof with masonry and metal panel exterior walls. There are roof lite panels that allow natural light into the space reducing their artificial lighting needs. The construction includes an overhead bridge crane spanning one bay's entire length for their hydraulic systems operations.
