Thomas Pienkos

Thomas Pienkos serves as Property Manager at TRITEC Real Estate Company, where he helps lead the transition of large-scale, mixed-use developments from construction into fully operational and thriving communities. Since joining TRITEC in 2023, Thomas has played an important role in establishing the operational, financial, and governance frameworks that support the long-term success of the company's master-planned developments.

In his role, Thomas oversees landowners association management, budgeting, financial operations, governance, and stakeholder coordination for TRITEC's communities. He works closely with owners, residents, commercial tenants, consultants, and development teams to ensure that communities operate efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with governing documents and regulatory requirements. His expertise includes association governance, financial planning, contract administration, and the management of complex ownership structures.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Thomas built his career managing new development condominiums, cooperative communities, commercial properties, and mixed-use assets throughout New York City. His experience guiding properties through the transition from development to long-term operations has provided him with a strong understanding of stakeholder relations, asset management, capital planning, and organizational governance.

Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified Fire & Water Restoration Professional, credentials that complement his expertise in property operations, community management, and asset stewardship.

Known for his fair-minded approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to collaboration, Thomas is dedicated to creating well-managed communities that deliver long-term value for residents, owners, and stakeholders. He enjoys the dynamic nature of real estate operations and the opportunity to solve new challenges each day. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys skiing, volleyball, softball, and other team sports, which reinforce the teamwork, adaptability, and trust that define TRITEC's culture.
