Meaghan Coughlan Treat joined TRITEC Development Group in 2022. Meaghan’s focus is on real estate financial analysis, tax structuring and development activities, acquisitions, new construction, and major renovation projects. She assists the development team in acquisitions, financial analyses, budget preparation, securing municipal entitlements, working with equity partners, and structuring finance for projects.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Meaghan was the tax manager for Angelo Gordon’s real estate strategy. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) working in their Private Client Services tax group, and later moved to the PwC Real Estate tax group.
Meaghan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University, where she was awarded scholarships from Professional Women in Construction (PWC) and Women in Real Estate (WiRE). Meaghan is also a certified yoga teacher, teaching prenatal yoga since 2016.
Meaghan is proud to join TRITEC’s organization of people passionate about bringing actionable differences to the local communities we all live in. She believes that Long Island is in need of more talented young people, more places that connect local vendors, restaurants, and shops with local people, and more walkable, diversified mixed-use communities to live, work and play.
