Hammer & Stain, a DIY studio that first opened in Sayville in 2019, is opening a second location at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, Greater Long Island reported.
- Space: nearly 2,500 square feet at 9 Hawkins Ave., Suite 3102
- Owners: Sandra Bernius and her partner, Roy Winstanley
- Background: the lease was signed shortly before a fire damaged the original Sayville studio; the owners partially reopened there while rebuilding
“This creative, community-centered experience aligns perfectly with our vision of making Station Yards a vibrant and engaging destination,” said Meaghan Coughlan Treat of TRITEC.
