Jennifer Mandemaker serves as Insurance Policy Compliance Manager for TRITEC Building Company, where she oversees subcontractor insurance compliance and safeguards the company and its projects through effective risk management practices. Since joining TRITEC in 2019, Jennifer has become a trusted resource for evaluating insurance coverage, identifying potential risk exposures, and ensuring that contractual and policy requirements are met across the construction division.

Jennifer collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, brokers, and consultants to review insurance policies, endorsements, and contractual requirements. She ensures effective risk transfer, monitors compliance documentation, and advises on coverage deficiencies and corrective actions. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help identify and resolve issues before they affect project operations.

Jennifer brings a multidisciplinary background to TRITEC. She began her career as an environmental scientist, then moved into business operations and risk management, gaining experience in contracts, insurance, lead tracking, proposals, and compliance. Prior to TRITEC, she managed contract compliance, insurance requirements, and organizational risk initiatives at an architecture and engineering firm. This diverse experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of contracts, insurance coverage, and construction risk.

At TRITEC, Jennifer has strengthened the company's risk management framework by developing systems and processes that improve efficiency, increase compliance visibility, and enhance subcontractor oversight. She has also implemented automation and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, improve issue detection, and support informed decision-making.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Chemistry and is a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). Her analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy make her a valuable partner to both project teams and leadership.
