Dan Coughlan joined TRITEC Real Estate Company as a Principal in 1997.
Dan directs the company’s Washington, D.C. metro office where the firm recognized considerable opportunities for growth on both sides of the Potomac, developing apartments, office and retail centers that serve a growing and vibrant region.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Dan was an asset manager in real estate for GE Investments, an advisory group for General Electric Pension Funds. His respected insight and unique appreciation of the marketplace saw him concentrating on acquisitions and asset management for properties east of the Mississippi River as part of GE Investment’s $4 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to GE, Dan worked as a commercial real estate lender and work-out specialist in real estate assets with Riggs National Bank as well as a credit specialist and underwriter for Connecticut Bank & Trust.
Dan holds a Master in Real Estate Degree from Johns Hopkins University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
