TRITEC announced that homebuilder Lennar has purchased 9.2 acres at Kincora, the mixed-use development in Loudoun County, Patch reported.
- Plans: 246 two-over-two condos
- Timing: site work starting in summer 2024
- History: Lennar’s first Kincora project, started in 2019, sold out quickly
“We are excited to continue our partnership with Lennar and see their vision for this new residential development come to life,” said TRITEC principal Dan Coughlan.
