Stony Brook University Hospital Leases Full Building at Stony Brook Technology Center

Stony Brook University Hospital has signed a long-term lease for an entire office building at the Stony Brook Technology Center in East Setauket, Long Island Business News reported.

• Address: 31 Research Way, East Setauket
• Building: 35,100 square feet on 2.76 acres
• Use: administrative offices
• Park: the 103-acre Stony Brook Technology Center, where the hospital already leases several spaces

The lease follows the hospital’s March 2024 lease of 16,000 square feet at 181 N. Belle Mead Road in the same park.
