Stony Brook University Hospital has expanded its presence in East Setauket.
The hospital signed a long-term lease for a 35,100-square-foot office building on 2.76 acres in the Stony Brook Technology Center at 31 Research Way. The tenant will be using the building for administrative offices.
SBU Hospital leases several spaces at the 103-acre East Setauket office park. In March, it signed a lease for 16,000 square feet of medical office space at 181 N. Belle Mead Road. That space is being occupied by Stony Brook Hospital’s marketing and communications department, EEG neurology center, general administration and pediatrics center.
