Stony Brook University Hospital has leased 16,000 square feet of medical office space at 181 N. Belle Mead Road in the Stony Brook Technology Center in East Setauket, Long Island Business News reported.

• Users: the hospital’s marketing and communications department, EEG neurology center, general administration and pediatrics center
• Building: 25,000 square feet, now fully occupied
• Park: 28 buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet on 103 acres
