Stony Brook University Hospital has signed a lease for 16,000 square feet of medical office space in the Stony Brook Technology Center at 181 N. Belle Mead Road in East Setauket.
The space will be occupied by Stony Brook Hospital’s marketing and communications department, EEG neurology center, general administration and pediatrics center, according to a written statement.
The 25,000-square-foot building at 181 N. Belle Mead Road is fully occupied and one of 28 buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet in the 103-acre technology park.
