What is one new development in your field that you/your firm is focused on this year?

This year, our focus is on creating a sense of place in Station Yards. We have worked closely with business owners, organizations like Sachem Schools and the Library, and leaders in Ronkonkoma and the surrounding communities. We continue to lease units at The Core, the new apartments at Station Yards and add retail tenants. By providing engaging programming and an authentic Long Island-based retail experience, we hope Ronkonkoma will become an exciting year-round destination for everyone.
