Western Suffolk BOCES

TRITEC Development Group and TRITEC Building Company secured the land and constructed a 24,000 sq.ft. addition for Western Suffolk BOCES. This educational facility was built on the Republic Airport grounds in Farmingdale, Long Island, New York.

TRITEC built a hanger and classroom space for airplane maintenance students. The facility also includes administrative offices and lab space, complete with an overhead bridge crane. A fast-track Design Build was chosen as the project delivery method to meet the schedule and budget outlined by Western Suffolk BOCES.
