Overview

A private equity investment firm, Westbury Partners, asked TRITEC to build 4,400 sq.ft. of space at 100 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York. The lavishly appointed offices on the top floor of a Class "A" office building included cherry wood panels, aluminum, and frosted glass, bamboo flooring, and vinyl wall covering.
