Nassau OTB Race Palace

TRITEC was the General Contractor for the construction of this facility. This three-story renovation goal was to create an unrivaled state-of-the-art horse racing and sports entertainment center in Plainview, Long Island NewYork.

 The project included interior demolition, a complete upgrade of all MEP's and an extensive Pneumatic Tube system, this building now holds two elevators servicing various gambling floors. The gambling floors feature a variety of betting stations, Stan machines, full bar, private glass-enclosed VIP betting room, theatre seating for sports events, party rooms, and lounge areas. Finishes include extensive cherry and maple woodworking, granite countertops, wallcovering, carpeting, ceramic tile, and stainless steel railing. Flat-screen television monitors and projection screens are visible from every seat in the Palace.
