TRITEC Building Company completed the interior fit-out of a Catholic Health urgent care facility within an existing mixed-use building at Station Yards. The project transformed vacant retail space at ground level, located beneath four stories of occupied residential units, into a fully operational medical environment that supports efficient urgent care delivery.
The scope included a fully shielded X-ray room, multiple patient exam rooms, and a custom millwork reception and check-in area. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed, with core drilling through the slab to connect to the active parking garage below. HVAC systems featured rooftop condenser units on the fifth-floor roof.
The project was completed on an accelerated four-month schedule with minimal disruption, despite the logistical challenges of working below occupied residences and above an active garage.
Since opening, the facility has become an active participant in the surrounding community, providing emergency medical support at large-scale events and engaging with residents through vendor-forward events focused on public health education and outreach. This ongoing presence reinforces Catholic Health’s commitment to accessible, community-based care.
