Overview
TRITEC was hired as a general contractor by Briarcliffe College to renovate a 66,000 sq.ft. industrial building at the site of the former Sweezy's building in Patchogue, Long Island, New York. TRITEC Building Company demolished the existing interior and constructed an educational facility for Briarcliffe.
