Allstate Insurance at 100 Motor Parkway consists of 45,000 sq.ft. of Class "A" office space located on the third and fourth floors of 100 Motor Parkway. The space houses Allstate's New York Regional Office, claims department, and training facilities for the region. The space has a security access system integrated with the staff's primary building system and teleconference facilities. The fourth floor has a 400 person dividable conference facility. Allstate has also utilized the concourse level for mailroom facilities and storage capability.

The project was constructed with a stringent 12-week timeline and was completed on-time and within the owner's budget despite space layout modifications during construction.
